  • How should I order?
    Our website features some offerings under SHOP :) If you are looking to customise a cake that is not available on the website, we have a few ways to communicate- Chat with us via the live chat function on site, email to hello@abite.sg or via whatsapp to 8499 3463. Here are a few details we need to kickstart a discussion: 1) The ocassion date 2) The serving size 3) The design or theme in mind Our team will be in touch shortly. Do note trhat response may be slower during Friday-Sundays. We thank you for your patience!
  • What is the lead time for orders?
    For items listed on our website, a min. of 7 days is needed for all orders. A good lead time is a minimum of 2 weeks notice but if for any reason you don’t have the luxury of time on your side we suggest you give us a call as depending on our cake schedule we may be able to fit last minute requests in. We do advise early booking to avoid disappointment though! :)
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we recommend the option of delivery as cakes not not the easiest 'passengers' and it is also to reduce social interaction any especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. We have 2 timeslots available 11-2pm and 4-7pm. Please note that special areas such as Sentosa, Jurong Port & Jurong Island will incur an additional charge.
  • Is there a minimum order for the cupcakes?
    For single orders, our smallest box available is a box of 6. We offer the option of box of 2 cupcakes & 4 cupcakes, 6 cupcakes and 12 cupcakes for bulk orders. Do speak to us at hello@abite.sg for any corporate needs.
  • Do you offer anything off the shelf?
    As all our items are customised, we do not offer any ready items off the shelf.
