DELIVERY POLICY

Our delivery time slots are 11-2pm and 4-7pm, any deliveries that fall before or after will be subjected to an additional $10 surcharge. We encourage customers to have their orders sent directly to the event to minimize any movement of the cake.For delivery services, please allow a 30-minutes buffer in-lieu of traffic conditions. Please provide an accurate address and contact number of the person accepting the product. Once the product is delivered, ABITE ATELIER PTE LTD will not be responsible for any damages/mishaps. In the event where the courier arrives at the location and is not able to deliver the product, the courier will attempt to call the customer and wait for 10-mins. Thereafter, the product will be returned to ABITE ATELIER PTE LTD and re-delivery will be at the customer's expense. An additional of $20 will be charged for re-delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things sometimes come up and you may need to cancel. Client may cancel their orders at any time. If the Client cancels up to 42 days prior to the Event Date, it will be entitled to a full refund. If Client cancels between up to 28 days prior to the Event Date, it will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. If Client cancels less than 27 days prior to the Event Date, it will not be entitled to a refund. 

If unforeseen circumstances cause ABITE ATELIER PTE LTD to cancel an event, Client will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be made.
